This will be achieved by ensuring the franchisees maximise the sustainability and profitability of their business models by having the necessary skills to convert orders to sales, to build loyalty and to gain referral sales. These roles will offer commercial advice, grow market share, support advertising and promotional activity, analyse and communicate financial information, create business plans and positively contribution to the Versatile Management Team. Your Skills and ExperienceTo be successful in this role you will demonstrate strong commercial and financial acumen and have had a significant exposure to Franchise or Distributor networks, with success in territory management and selling in a competitive market. You will have experience in developing business plans and setting budgets, a strong understanding of profit and loss statements and other financial information, with highly developed influencing skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities. You will be a natural relationship builder, with the ability to influence and discuss the numbers with business owners. Ideally you will have a relevant tertiary qualification, an understanding of the building industry, and experience in lifting sales and profit.
