You will be responsible for all financial and general accounting activities, financial reporting, GST, accounts payable, receivables, payroll, managing the Trust’s investments, IT and other systems. You will also support the Executive Director and Board in evaluating, advising on, developing and executing all financial related matters and new revenue opportunities.This was previously a part-time role that has now expanded and would suit either a 0.8 or 1.0 FTE.Skills and ExperienceTo succeed in this role, you will be able to demonstrate a ‘hands on’ ability to manage the finance function and develop robust systems and processes. An accountant, with experience working in either a commercial or not-for-profit organisation, you will possess excellent organisational, relationship building and communication skills.
