This role requires a skilled Systems Engineer with a natural talent for establishing trusted working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders in a collaborative and approachable manner. A key element of this role is to identify and problem solve to deliver effective solutions confidently. You will have advanced troubleshooting and fault investigation expertise, as well as a security first approach to design and implementation. You will understand the TCP/IP networking stack, including wireless, and have significant experience in Microsoft 365 management including Exchange, SharePoint and Teams. Also required is advanced Windows Desktop and Server administration along with automation and scripting experience. Linux and macOS experience is also advantageous.You will have the ability to analyse and make robust decisions in a timely manner based on objectives, risks, implications and cost. Additionally, you will have the ability to contribute to product development and assist in growing our product offering.
