Reporting to the Chief Executive, you will be a hybrid multitasker providing day to day administration support to him. Your mission is to enhance his productivity and effectiveness, whilst providing support on Board reports, project management and across the wider office functions as needed. Duties will vary from dedicated Executive Assistant support to high level organisation and coordination, project management and includes other tasks to further support the organisation.
Intelligent decision making as well as your ability to build key internal and external relationships will be critical to your ongoing success in this role, as will demonstration of your ability to problem solve and deal with varied situations. Professionalism and passion are essential as is your previous experience at a senior level. Additionally, you will have broad IT skills and solid MS Office capability as well as exceptional communication skills and attention to detail. Experience in a similar role will be essential, ideally with exposure to the health and disability and/or not for profit sector.
