You will have a strong balance of leadership and delivery skills so you can coach and mentor the Engineering and Drawing Office team while also being hands on in the field when needed. You will be passionate about leading people and have experience leading diverse teams. Ideally you will have a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) and proven experience in managing Engineering and Drawing Office teams.
