This role ensures products meet design and quality criteria, are production ready, and that engineering staff are well trained and supported to deliver technical solutions based upon customers’ requirements. Skills & ExperienceTo succeed in this role, you will have experience in leading a small technical team and contributing towards the development of a high-performance culture. You will have experience in providing best practices management within the engineering manufacturing environment, including developing robust systems. You will have strong knowledge of MV electrical products and manufacturing as well as ideally Mechanical or Electronics engineering knowledge.
