Reporting to the Chief People Officer and acting as a trusted advisor to the global executive team, this newly created role will lead culture strategy, delivering a cohesive employee experience while making Seequent "THE" place to work and a world-class community to be part of. You will amplify workplace culture and behaviours ensuring Seequent attract, retain and facilitate engagement within a highly dispersed team while redefining the future of work design globally.
You will develop and deliver innovative communication strategies, channels and methodologies in order to deliver consistent storytelling within Seequent that drives an engaged and high performing culture.
Through the analysis of data you will design, deliver and manage the cadence of key culture programs creating a cohesive employee experience that is consistent with overarching strategies and goals, turning organisational culture into a competitive advantage.
Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you will be strategic and innovative with proven leadership in culture development, engagement or transformational change. You will be a trusted advisor who supports leaders to develop a high performing culture, and further build the engagement within their teams. You will have a growth mindset and a track record of managing transformational programs including internal communications, stakeholder engagement, marketing and employer brand. You will be a relationship builder with a creative approach to problem solving and strong commercial acumen. A passion for working in a fast growing, paced and constantly changing environment are essential.
