Having the ability to deliver both operationally and strategically you will be able to clearly link core organisational values to business activities and be able to support the CEO in managing the organisation. You will have a strong affiliation with the rural sector and wool trading or carpet experience would be advantageous, but not necessary.You will be an experienced leader, who is passionate about supporting our growers and shareholders through merging strategic sales activities and increasing brand value propositions.  You will be a future thinker who can balance blue sky thinking alongside the operational excellence within a growing organisation. The Role
