In this leading role, you will ensure the integrity and efficiency of all financial functions within the group to drive financial stability and sustainability. You will lead corporate, financial and risk management operations, develop long term financial and operational strategies and implement sound financial practices and superior service standards. You will demonstrate a strategic mindset to support the business in evaluating and advising on company direction. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing strong leadership and direction to your team, managing the finance and administration functions, as well as enhancing financial methodologies and procedures through automation and system integration. You will be a collaborative participant in the senior leadership team and play a pivotal role, as part of that team, in leading the organisation through its vision and values.This role requires a down to earth CA qualified Accountant with proven experience in a similar role. You will have superior leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop your team, the wider business and develop strong internal and external relationships. The Role
