Based in Christchurch and reporting to the Chair this newly created role will be responsible for driving the success of the Intus group and ensuring robust strategy, systems, processes and standards are in place across the breadth of the organisation, with a strong and consistent organisational culture and sustainable synergies to enable and drive the continued growth strategy.
You are a seasoned GM/CEO who has a strong background growing high-growth businesses. You are a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. You develop effective partnerships and engage constructively at all levels within the organisation. You have run cohesive teams of 20-100 people, possibly across multiple locations. You may have an MBA/CPA or ground-up experience. You can analyse the business financials to direct your strategic decisions, applying effective financial control, data leverage and comprehensive reporting.
