Our client is a leading national provider of construction, maintenance and management services across New Zealand's built environment. Providing infrastructure services to over two million New Zealanders from 16 locations throughout the country with an annual turnover in excess of $300m and a team of over 1400.
Reporting to the Business Transformation Programme Manager, you will be part of the team delivering a significant business led technology split. You will lead all internal business change activities and communication to support a complete transformation in how IT is delivered today to customers and within the business in the future. Your workstream will oversee all internal stakeholder engagement, internal and external communications through consistent messaging, internal branding, training, tools and coaching to increase the engagement and end user adoption.
This will be a full time 12 month contract role where you will develop a detailed stakeholder engagement strategy and plan that identifies the needs of key groups and ensures those business needs are met. You will also develop a change strategy and effective change impact assessment plan to analyse the impact of the proposed changes and make recommendations on how to embed the change in the organisation.
To succeed in this role, you will have relevant experience working within business and change programme communication, along with an understanding of various project management methodologies including Agile. You will have a strong understanding and experience in change management frameworks, tools and techniques, including senior stakeholder engagement. An ability to challenge the status quo and develop innovative communication solutions is also desirable.
This opportunity could be remote/work from home with some travel to Christchurch for the right candidate.
