You will lead all internal business change activities and communication to support a complete transformation in how IT is delivered today to customers and within the business in the future. Your workstream will oversee all internal stakeholder engagement, internal and external communications through consistent messaging, internal branding, training, tools and coaching to increase the engagement and end user adoption.This will be a full time 12 month contract role where you will develop a detailed stakeholder engagement strategy and plan that identifies the needs of key groups and ensures those business needs are met. You will also develop a change strategy and effective change impact assessment plan to analyse the impact of the proposed changes and make recommendations on how to embed the change in the organisation.Your SkillsTo succeed in this role, you will have relevant experience working within business and change programme communication, along with an understanding of various project management methodologies including Agile. You will have a strong understanding and experience in change management frameworks, tools and techniques, including senior stakeholder engagement. The Role
