The Role
Reporting to the CFO, you will be the conduit between sales, production and finance, while being the S&OP champion within the business, driving efficiency and in turn profitability. You will be responsible for consolidating and analysing sales, supply, inventory, revenue and plant optimisation data, enabling the leadership team to make great decisions in a timely manner. You will support and coordinate sales and production planning processes, inventory management, budget and trend analysis, and market intelligence, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in sales and operational planning, an appreciation of supply chain systems and processes as well as experience in financial modelling, ideally in a related sector. You will likely have a relevant qualification, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for bringing ‘the numbers to life’ while working in a fast-paced agile environment.
