Reporting to the Principal, and as a valued member of the Senior Management Team, you will utilise your creative capabilities and big picture thinking to contribute to the strategic plan and help Rangi further leverage our successful trajectory. Your role will be to lead and manage all planning and high level administration matters on a day to day and long term basis. In this role, you will have strategic input and oversight into school calendars and planning to ensure student wellbeing and success are a priority. This role requires attention to detail and strong organisational skills. You will also provide oversight on risk management and ensure the health and safety of students and staff are well managed. You will build and maintain supportive, effective, and responsive relationships with the school communities, internally and externally. This role oversees Co-Curricular; Sports, Music and Theatre Arts and works closely with the Principal and Senior Management Team to lead and manage the school efficiently.
