Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will be a hybrid multitasker encompassing three different but overlapping roles. You will provide administrative support to the Sales and Finance Team while managing and coordinating the day-to-day administration and operational requirements of the Directors. This key support position includes diary management and executive support, general office and administration support, sales support, and stakeholder engagement.
Intelligent decision making as well as your ability to build key internal and external relationships will be critical to your ongoing success in this role, as will demonstration of your ability to problem solve and deal with varied situations. Professionalism and passion are essential as is your previous experience in a varied administration role. Additionally, you will have broad IT skills and solid MS Office capability as well as exceptional communication skills and attention to detail. Experience in a similar role is essential.
