Reporting to the Office Manager and Business Support, you will be responsible for completing general, HR, and accounts administration tasks. This supporting role will require you to assist the organisation with Accounts Administration tasks including AR, AP, reconciliations, new vendor setup, processing daily dispatches, and ensuring invoices and electronic attachments are stored appropriately. You will also be responsible for general administrative tasks in the organisation including greeting and assisting visitors, answering and transferring calls, and ordering office supplies.
In addition, you will also support with HR clerical duties including maintaining the HRIS system and filing of HR documentation.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have prior administration experience with exposure to AR/AP, and a friendly and personable approach. Your strong verbal and written communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple tasks will be integral to your success in this role. You will also have a good understanding of technology and be proficient in your use of the MS Suite.
