Based in either Rangiora or Kerikeri, Promax Plastics is seeking two experienced accounts assistants to join their dedicated team. This is the perfect opportunity to job share with each working three full days per week. Reporting to the Managing Director and CFO this role has a strong accounts receivable and payable focus along with the handling of daily and monthly transactional accounting requirements. Your key responsibilities will include credit management, invoicing, receipting of payments, banking and general financial management.

Skills and Experience
To be successful, you will have previous experience in a similar accounts role along with strong IT and accounts software skills and knowledge of financial management processes. Your outstanding communication skills, professional approach, exceptional attention to detail, and ‘can do’ positive attitude are key to your success and what sets you apart.
