Reporting to the Managing Director, your key responsibilities will include preparation of accounts for the accountant, cash book reconciliations, managing the company’s financial accounting systems (emPOWER), including processing weekly payroll (IMS), monthly invoicing, GST, FBT, PAYE, and management of asset lists and annual licensing requirements. You will also support the Health & Safety compliance and food safety functions and provide day to day support as required to the rest of the team. Your Skills and ExperienceTo be successful, you will have a background in a similar role including strong book keeping skills, familiarity with accounts payable and accounts receivable and GST. You’ll have proven experience in processing wages using payroll software, and exposure to Health and Safety.
