It is likely you will have a relevant tertiary qualification. You will have a vision for contemporary manufacturing in addition to LEAN and other similar tools. You will be an excellent communicator and contributor who naturally builds a positive team culture, engagement and is results focused. Most importantly you will inspire others, demonstrate drive and passion, and want to make a difference.
