Can you tell us about Wools of New Zealand and what your business focuses on?
Wools of New Zealand delivers top-quality wool products to consumers, while simultaneously strengthening the businesses of their grower shareholders. They focus on two key areas: retail and wool procurement. By working closely with their farmers and innovation partners, they have earned a global reputation for quality.
What challenge were you facing before working with Brannigans?
We had a vacancy in our Finance Manager role and needed someone quickly to support our CFO. When the CFO role became vacant too, the Finance Manager contractor took over that position permanently, leaving another gap in the Finance Manager role. With many competing priorities, we needed additional support again.
What led you to consider hiring an executive contractor?
