Brannigans are a proud New Zealand facilitation partner of the California based Blanchard Leadership Group. We are excited to facilitate their Management Essentials programme in a series of face-to-face workshops across the South Island in October, November, and December.
Blanchard Management Essentials builds on the key concepts of the best-selling business book, The New One Minute Manager®. Ideal for new manager training or as a refresher for veterans, it gives your people the necessary tools and training to become leaders who achieve the exceptional. The program covers the essence of management skills training: the right mindset, core conversations, and communication skills needed to build positive relationships and make everyone more productive.
Blanchard Management Essentials is a “one of its kind workshop” that covers:
- Manager Mindset – Develop the mindset and skills to be effective at managing people.
- Four Conversations Model – a highly effective framework for understanding the conversations needed to manage people and performance.
- Four Essential Skills – help people reach their full potential by increasing the quality of your conversations.
After the workshop, participants have access to the Blanchard Management Essentials Challenge, which guides them through a set of tasks to practice new skills back on the job. They also have access to workshop videos and worksheets for a full year through the learner portal.
