Our client, a large newly formed Council controlled organisation, reached out for people strategy and execution support as they repositioned themselves as a new entity post rebuild.
We helped ensure they had the right organisational structure in place to ensure they could meet their new strategy, identify any risks and structure a timeline for an upcoming restructure of the current team. We also reviewed employment agreements and supported the CEO with key messaging and a full communications plan outlining the change. We also ran the full proposal for change process and prepared all documentation.
The new agency was able to hit the ground running with a new structure and a large proportion of their new required roles hired. Brannigans was then able to hand over to the new HR team and step out after a successful project strategy review and implementation.
