Key Responsibilities
Based in Christchurch and reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Gough Family Office and wider Group. You will lead administrative support across the organisation, including assisting executives, diary and inbox management, meeting coordination and preparation of materials for Boards and Committees. Acting as a central point of contact, you will support communication flow, document management and general office operations with discretion and accuracy. You will also support wider organisational requirements including supplier liaison, invoice coordination, assistance with reporting and compliance activities. In addition, you will provide support across property administration and Foundation activities alongside general office coordination.
  
Your Skills and Experience
To succeed in this role, you will need to be highly organised and bring experience in administrative and operational support. As a capable all-rounder who values contribution, you will be comfortable working across a broad and varied remit, with experience supporting leaders through effective diary management, meeting coordination and document preparation. Strong systems capability, attention to detail and a calm, solutions focused mindset will underpin your approach, alongside the flexibility to support with general day-to-day operational tasks as required across the wider organisation.
