About the role
Reporting to the CEO, you will lead BoardPro’s global marketing strategy, driving brand leadership, qualified inbound demand and international growth ambitions. BoardPro operates a predominantly inbound growth model, with marketing playing a critical role in attracting high quality governance audiences to the website and converting awareness into product trials and qualified pipeline.
You will own brand, content, communications, community marketing, design and website development, ensuring these functions operate as an integrated marketing engine. A key focus will be strengthening BoardPro’s market positioning and category leadership in governance technology, while ensuring marketing activity directly supports growth objectives.
Your Skills and Experience
You will bring senior marketing leadership experience from a growth oriented digital first business. You will have proven expertise building inbound marketing engines, with strong capability across SEO, content led demand generation, digital audience acquisition, brand positioning, website optimisation and marketing automation.
You will be a strong storyteller, able to shape clear and compelling brand positioning that builds trust, credibility and engagement with BoardPro’s target audiences. Just as importantly, you will be commercially disciplined and able to measure the value created, using data and insight to demonstrate impact on demand generation.
