About the Role:
At Brannigans, we’re committed to delivering exceptional executive and governance recruitment services. We’re seeking an experienced administrative professional to provide collaborative support to our team of Recruitment Partners. You’ll be an integral part of our fast-paced environment, providing smooth and efficient administration and support to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for clients and candidates.
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing recruitment advertising: scheduling and placing adverts across various platforms
- Maintaining our candidate database and ensuring accurate records
- Assisting with the setup and management of candidate interviews
- Facilitating the candidate care process in partnership with Recruitment Partners
- Managing and maintaining all recruitment paperwork, including reference checks and reporting
About you:
We’re seeking someone with proven experience in a support role, who takes pride in providing the expertise that enables our Recruitment Partners to deliver a high quality experience for our clients and candidates. You’ll be proactive and adaptable, with a sharp ability to anticipate needs, wrangle information, and keep everything on track. With high work standards and a commitment to consistency and excellence in service delivery, you’ll understand what it takes to support the team, balancing patience, initiative and a hands-on approach to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key qualities we’re looking for include:
- A calm, pragmatic, and dependable approach to work
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A proactive approach and comfort navigating ambiguity
- An eagle eye
- Ability to listen, understand, and follow through on requirements, building trust through consistency and integrity
