About the role
Due to the pending retirement of a long-standing employee, they are now looking for a detail-focused Payroll and Accounts Administrator to join the Finance team based in their Hope/Richmond offices. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this is a key support role responsible for end-to-end payroll processing for 40 staff, accounts payable, and providing broader financial and administrative support across the organisation.
About You
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, systems, and people and who takes pride in accuracy, compliance, and meeting deadlines. You will have proven experience in payroll and/or accounts administration and practical knowledge of payroll systems and accounting software. Hands-on experience with PAYE, GST, and statutory reporting as well as a solid understanding of accounting transactions to trial balance level is required. You will be confident with reconciliations and month-end processes. Organised and reliable, you communicate clearly and take pride in doing things right.
