They have a fantastic opportunity for a Finance and Systems Administrator to join their team of dedicated professionals, taking on a pivotal, centralised role that keeps billing, systems and financial administration running smoothly across the firm.
The Role
This is a pivotal role within the business, sitting at the heart of firm-wide billing and financial administration. You’ll be the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. A key focus of the role will be taking ownership of the billing process and ensuring everything is accurate, timely and followed through properly.
Working closely with the wider team you will support fee generation, keep billing cycles on track, and manage the detail across financial administration and payment control. From overseeing subscriptions and disbursements through to supporting the trust account, you’ll have a hand in all the moving parts, making sure systems and processes are efficient and effective across the firm.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being the backbone of a team, the person who takes pride in getting things right. If you love being organised and working in a systematic and responsive way, you’ll feel right at home here.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you’ll bring proven experience in billing and financial administration, along with the confidence to navigate finance systems with ease. Comfortable working across platforms, you pick up new systems quickly and take a practical, process-driven approach that ensures work is completed accurately and consistently.
Just as importantly, you enjoy being the person behind the scenes who makes things easier for others. There’s a natural instinct to anticipate what’s needed, step in where required, and take genuine satisfaction in supporting a team to perform at their best. Calm, pragmatic and dependable, you take ownership of your work and build trust through consistency, integrity and follow-through.
