About the Role:
Eliot Sinclair is seeking an experienced General Manager to provide operational leadership across their six locations. This pivotal role involves oversight of people, systems, finances, and infrastructure, ensuring alignment with their values while enabling technical teams to deliver high-quality client outcomes. You will build organisational capability, manage risk, mentor a high-performing team, drive sustainable growth, and leave a lasting legacy in integrated development and community empowerment.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven senior leadership experience. Exposure to multidisciplinary professional services, law, accounting, engineering or any consulting environment that is in the business of selling time would be an advantage but is not essential for the right candidate
- Strong track record in operational management, financial oversight, strategic planning and risk management
- Demonstrated capability in driving innovation and optimising business systems, with a focus on scalable, efficient and data-informed operations
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor diverse teams, fostering a collaborative culture and driving business growth
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills and strengths with aligning operations to organisational values
- Passion for people, innovation and community impact
