The Role
Reporting to the General Manager, this is a unique opportunity to take a leadership role in ensuring the effective, compliant and high quality delivery of operations within a high performing professional services environment. You will oversee day to day operational performance, ensuring systems, processes and workflows are well managed, efficient and aligned with business objectives.
You will lead capability development and fostering a consistent standard of professional practice across the team. In addition, you will maintain strong frameworks for statutory and regulatory adherence, internal policies and procedures, and have oversight of financial, marketing and business and strategic planning activities.
Your Skills and Experience
To succeed in this position, you will bring proven experience in leading operations within a commercial environment, with a strong understanding of quality standards, process improvement, systems, workflows and day to day operational activity, ensuring consistency and high performance delivery.
You will hold an agent’s licence under the REAA2008 (this does not need to be in commercial or industrial environments) with experience navigating regulatory requirements and managing internal compliance frameworks, including legal obligations and risk management. You will be collaborative in style yet decisive in delivery, with strong commercial maturity, and the ability to maintain operational excellence in a dynamic, high performance environment.
