Nelson College is seeking a Manager, Community Engagement to lead a bold new initiative that connects people, purpose, and philanthropy. This is a rare opportunity to design and deliver a strategic programme from the ground up, creating a culture of giving and belonging that will benefit generations of students.
What you’ll do:
- Lead, develop and deliver a comprehensive strategic fundraising, alumni relations, legacy giving, annual gifts and major gifts Programme
- Build strong relationships with alumni, donors, parents, and community partners.
- Drive strategic communications and marketing to enhance engagement and support.
- Plan and deliver events that foster connection and encourage philanthropic support.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven success in relationship-building and delivering financial outcomes.
- Expertise in donor stewardship, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.
- A proactive, professional and innovative approach to creating meaningful impact.
