The Role
Be the CEO’s right hand, keeping priorities clear, governance tight, and information flowing. You’ll manage the calendar, inbox, travel, and meeting cadence, ensuring the urgent and important are sequenced well. You’ll prepare Board/Advisory agendas, packs, and accurate minutes, driving action tracking to closure. You’ll also draft and polish documents, briefs, and presentations; coordinate stakeholder engagements and events across farms, partners, and industry bodies; keep projects moving with tidy records in Teams/SharePoint; and handle expenses making sure the right things happen at the right time.
The Person
• Seasoned EA supporting SLT/Board level
• Governance admin pro agendas, packs, minutes
• Highly organised and adept at juggling competing priorities
• Sharp writer with advanced Microsoft 365 skills
• Calm, proactive, highly discreet and a sense of humour
