After completing my master’s degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, I knew that I wanted to work in a people-oriented role where I could make a meaningful impact to both people and organisations. Joining Brannigans as part of the Executive Lease team has allowed me to build authentic relationships with a diverse range of professionals and clients, crafting tailored solutions to meet unique needs and goals.
Beyond recruitment, my passions lie in understanding the psychosocial dynamics shaping attitudes and behaviours in the workplace. I am dedicated to helping organisations improve their environmental, social, and cultural impacts to contribute to a more sustainable world. My ultimate aim is to assist organisations to elevate their working environments, enriching the lives of their employees and optimising overall business functioning by leveraging existing strengths and talents, fostering connectivity, and effectiveness.
In my personal time, I enjoy staying active at the gym, spending time with friends and family, and going on adventures!
