Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, and working within a small team, you will be responsible for developing beneficial relationships with key representatives within businesses, commercial organisations and grant providing entities to secure essential funding to meet capital and operational funding requirements as part of the broader fundraising strategy.
Your Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, it is likely you will have a proven track record in successful fundraising, through lasting and rewarding stakeholder relationships, particularly in the corporate sponsorship space, and other areas as required. You will know how to create revenue generating value propositions which mutually reward the parties involved. Ideally you will have contributed towards developing and executing marketing and communication strategies, with some experienced in event management. You will be a self starter who is able to operate autonomously as well as part of the team. Excellent planning and influencing skills will be as important as tenacity and perseverance. You will operate with a high level of empathy and professionalism, and model these qualities across all aspects of the role.
