Leading a small team you will ensure the retail channel is supported with a well executed marketing plan based on consumer and product analysis. In addition you will have input to new product development and manage product lifecycle, ensuring the R&D process is efficient, quality focused and integrated with the marketing and business plan. Your Skills and ExperienceTo succeed in this role you will have proven experience ideally in the wholesale to retail channel sector, with new product development exposure. You will be a big picture thinker, with strong commercial acumen, while able to deliver new products from conceptualisation through to successful market launch.
