Additional responsibilities include the development and implementation of strategic manufacturing plans, supply chain, engineering, HSE leadership, effective management of the operational budget and driving performance improvement. Your Skills and ExperienceTo succeed in this role you will be an experienced strategic operator with a proven manufacturing leadership background. You will be a ‘hands on’ leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy developing positive working relationships to ensure organisational engagement and commitment to operational excellence while driving positive change. You will also have extensive experience within the red meat processing or food manufacturing sector.
