As a key member of the leadership team, you will enhance the Managing Director’s productivity and effectiveness while providing support to the management team and the board. Duties will vary and include executive support, meeting and travel coordination, meeting minutes, project management, and preparing Board papers. In addition you will support HR and marketing activities including staff inductions, performance reviews and workforce planning in conjunction with the MD.
Your Skills and Experience
Commercially astute decision making as well as your ability to build key internal and external relationships will be critical to your ongoing success in this role, as will your ability to deal with complex situations and drive yourself and others to achieve results.
To succeed in this role, you will relish the challenge associated with working with a forward thinking MD and be able to display professionalism, a sense of fun and attention to detail. Additionally you will have broad IT skills, solid MS Office capability and be happy to take a ‘hands on’ approach to problem solving.
